Hassle-free Returns at Molecule Clothing

Here at Molecule Clothes, we believe in our products, and are sure you will too. So, we're really happy to let you know about our hassle free return policy :

Every qualifying item you purchase at Molecule Clothes must meet your standards - or you can return it for a replacement, or store credit for the full product cost minus shipping.

Wrong look? Wrong size? Not what you wanted? No problem - we'll even pay the shipping back to you if you're exchanging a clothing item for a different size. You're only kidding yourself about that extra-small waist, aren't you? :) 

The following terms apply to all returns:

• Items must be in as-new and unused condition, including original tags and packaging - we cannot accept items that have been used, worn or damaged.
• Return requests must be made within 21 days from date of delivery.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
• Returned products must be received by Molecule Clothes within 10 business days from the date the RA is issued.
• You only need to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to Molecule Clothes.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• Please let us know if there is any specific issue - we will try to help.
• Clearance items and items on special offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Clothing exchanges for a different size will include free shipping back to you (first exchange only).
• Returns for a full refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All credits will be issued to the same payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes, brokerage fees are non-refundable.
